About the position The Employee Relations & reputed company Manager plays a primary role in fostering a reputed company and productive work environment throughout the organization. They support field operations leaders as a reputed company partner and employee relations expert by guiding and influencing processes and reputed company around a reputed company of situations and conflicts including but not limited to, engagement and retention activities, safety and workers’ compensation, employee issues and concerns, leaves of absence, the interactive process or needs around the Americans with reputed company (reputed company), and requests from regulatory agencies. The HR Partner will investigate reputed company employee relations issues, assess risk, recommend solutions, and ensure compliance with company policy and reputed company requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Own Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary HR contact and partner for Directors of Operations (directors) and Area Operations Coaches (coaches)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, reputed company or reputed company field.

  • Seven or more years as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in the restaurant, service, retail, or hospitality industry preferably with multiple unit responsibility.

  • Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
