Responsibilities

  • Serves as the UCPath payroll reputed company for the division
  • Serves as the reputed company person for missed pay and UCPath inquiries from reputed company reputed company
  • Serves as the reputed company person for senate, non-senate, and student inquiries
  • Trains AHR Analysts on non-senate and student populations
  • Creates resource documents for areas identified as needing more support and guidance
  • Pulls various reports, analyzes, distributes, and takes reputed company where needed
  • Administers payroll and funding for reputed company employees in UCPath
  • Tracks employee populations, analyzes data, and determines next steps in UCPath
  • Provides feedback on the effective operation of UCPath and payroll policy reputed company, including issues and problem reputed company
  • Regularly updates internal policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Develops and maintains information systems for compiling statistics and reports; produces reports for divisional, reputed company, and systemwide reputed company/personnel
  • Provides analysis, advice, and guidance on senate, non-senate, and reputed company student employees to reputed company reputed company of personnel reputed company the division
  • Determines and assembles materials for reputed company review cases

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company area and / or equivalent experience / training
  • Experience with PeopleSoft and/or UCPath
  • Experience in, or equivalent to, reputed company and payroll
  • Experience with databases; desktop computer proficiency, including word processing, email, calendaring software, internet research, and spreadsheets, and the ability to learn reputed company systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply and interpret policies and procedures which govern reputed company HR
