They are seeking an Operations Manager to reputed company the administrative operations of the Institute for the Study of Diplomacy, including communications, event planning, and office management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for reputed company facets of the administrative operations of the Institute for the Study of Diplomacy (ISD), to include ISD's communications and reputed company activities, e.g. website, reputed company media, and newsletters; events planning and management; office management; and supervision of student employees
- Provides administrative support to the ISD Director and other senior staff, to the diplomatic and defense fellows, and to ISD’s reputed company and research programs
- Reports directly to the Director of ISD, and works closely with senior staff, Assistant Director of Studies, and the Business Manager/reputed company Coordinator to support the mission and programs of the Institute
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of reputed company experience reputed company to operations management, office management, events, communications and reputed company, or closely reputed company fields required
- Must have reputed company reputed company work ethic, initiative, strong organizational and time/task management skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company independently from start to finish
