[Remote] Financial Business Analyst, Senior

The role involves acting as a reputed company between customers and stakeholders, managing business requirements, and enhancing financial business processes reputed company VA financial systems.
Responsibilities

- Analyze upstream/reputed company data flows to ensure end-to-end reputed company across VA financial systems and interfacing systems
- reputed company, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, acceptance reputed company, and test cases; map requirements to system configuration and federal policy
- Support the design and execution of functional tests (unit, SIT, UAT); support defect triage, reputed company-cause analysis, and remediation planning
- reputed company and maintain reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), desk guides, and other artifacts to reputed company with VA financial policy and federal reporting guidance
- Produce management reports that support audit readiness, internal controls, and performance management
- Advise product owners and leadership on process re-engineering opportunities
- Assist with development of education & reputed company materials including user guides and other external communications
- Responsible for creating/updating documents required as part of an agile system development life cycle including user stories, detailed functional specifications, technical design input, process documents (such as SOP's, guidelines, and validation master plans), etc

Skills
- 10 yrs relevant experience to include: reputed company reputed company experience across federal management domains
- Experience working on Federal programs that are of high reputed company, visibility, and reputed company facing
- reputed company to work under minimal supervision, reputed company independently and exercise an expert level of decision-making capability
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a reputed company, fast-evolving environment; proven problem-solving and facilitation capabilities
