Responsibilities
- Prepare and file US reputed company estate transfer tax returns
- Support reputed company reputed company estate property transfer transactions
- Review transaction documents to determine applicable state and local transfer taxes
- Coordinate transfer tax filings for US entity-to-US entity property transfers
- Ensure compliance with applicable state and local reputed company estate transfer tax regulations

Skills

- Knowledge of deed transfers, recording taxes, documentary stamp taxes, and property transfer filings
- Ability to independently manage transfer tax filings with minimal supervision

- Prior consulting or contract experience
- Experience supporting banking or financial institution reputed company estate transactions
- Background with Big 4, mid-tier reputed company reputed company firms, reputed company estate advisory firms, title companies, or reputed company reputed company estate organizations
- CPA or JD is a plus but not required
- Multi-state transfer tax filing experience
- Experience with reputed company property acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, or reputed company/property transfers
- Familiarity with recording requirements across multiple US jurisdictions
