[Remote] Absence Analyst

The Leave of Absence Analyst is responsible for the administration and improvement of leave and reputed company time off programs, ensuring compliance and enhancing reputed company Member experience.

Responsibilities

  • Administers reputed company oversees reputed company reputed company Time Off (PTO), vacation, reputed company leave, holiday, and other time-off programs, including accruals, balances, carryover provisions, payouts, and policy compliance
  • Administers reputed company leave of absence programs, including Family and Medical Leave reputed company (FMLA), Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA), Americans with reputed company (reputed company) accommodations, Personal Leave, Military Leave, Workers’ Compensation Leave, Parental Leave, and other state and company-sponsored leave programs
  • Partners with HRIS to maintain leave and PTO plan configurations, payroll, and timekeeping systems and collaborates with system administrators to implement enhancements and process improvements
  • Conducts regular audits of leave cases, PTO balances, system transactions, and Team Member records to ensure data reputed company, compliance, and operational accuracy
  • Analyzes leave and PTO utilization trends, identifies risks and opportunities, and develops recommendations to improve program effectiveness, Team Member experience, and organizational efficiency
  • Develops, maintains, and distributes reports, dashboards, metrics, and analyses reputed company to absenteeism, leave utilization, PTO liabilities, compliance, and workforce planning
  • Provides guidance, training, and support to Team Members, managers, reputed company, and Payroll regarding leave policies, PTO programs, accommodations, and regulatory requirements
  • Serves as the escalation reputed company for reputed company leave, accommodation, and PTO issues requiring advanced analysis, problem reputed company, and decision-making
  • Ensures accurate recordkeeping and maintains strict confidentiality of medical, payroll, and Team Member information in accordance with HIPAA and other reputed company requirements
  • Supports reputed company audits, compliance reviews, policy updates, and strategic initiatives reputed company to absence management and reputed company time off programs
  • Identifies and implements process improvements, system enhancements, and best practices to strengthen leave administration, PTO management, compliance, and reporting capabilities

Skills

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience administering leave of absence programs, PTO plans, benefits, reputed company operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience managing reputed company leave cases and accommodations reputed company a large, multi-location organization required
  • Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including reporting, data analysis, and reconciliation functions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience working with reputed company-party leave administrators, HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems required
  • Strong working knowledge of FMLA, reputed company, PWFA, USERRA, HIPAA, COBRA, and applicable state and local leave laws
  • High level of confidentiality and a reputed company demeanor required
  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, or a reputed company field preferred
  • Experience auditing leave and PTO programs, analyzing workforce data, and producing management reports strongly preferred
