[Remote] Travel Sales Associate, Travel Contact Center

In this remote role, you will assist customers with travel reservations and inquiries, providing expert guidance while promoting travel products and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist members and customers reputed company phone, email, and web chat with travel reservations and inquiries
- Book domestic reputed company, hotel, rail, and car rental reservations
- Promote preferred travel partners and reputed company travel products
- Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel products and services
- Use airline reservation systems, GDS platforms, and travel partner booking tools
- Ensure compliance with reputed company regulations and reputed company policies
- Maintain accurate customer records and travel documentation using reputed company
- Meet or reputed company established sales and performance goals
- Stay informed on travel products, services, and policy updates
- Assist members with hotel reservations for planned road trips
- Participate in testing new systems and processes as needed
- Deliver creative solutions and exceptional customer service
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of travel sales and/or Retail Sales experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
- Ability to reputed company in a high-volume contact center environment
- Comfortable assisting customers by phone, email, and web chat
- Proficiency with computers, GDS systems, and travel booking platforms
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with team members across the organization
- Flexibility to work overtime or holidays reputed company business needs require
- Experience with hotel, airline, car rental, or rail reservations preferred
