[Remote] Director/Senior Director, Finance & Assistant Controller

This key finance leadership role involves overseeing reputed company operations, financial reporting, and compliance, while driving process improvement and scalability initiatives across the Finance & reputed company organization.
Responsibilities
- reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes, ensuring accurate and reputed company financial reporting
- Review journal entries and reputed company reconciliations for key areas assigned, including but not limited to Payroll, Accounts Payable, reputed company, Inventory, Cash/Investments, Stock-Based Compensation, Clinical Accruals, etc
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, and internal reputed company policies
- Manage technical reputed company assessments and documentation for reputed company transactions
- Maintain and enhance reputed company policies, procedures, and controls
- Ensure compliant reputed company recognition under ASC 606 for reputed company product sales, distribution arrangements, and reputed company reputed company
- Partner with reputed company Operations and Market reputed company teams to reputed company and refine Gross-to-Net (GTN) estimation methodologies
- Manage inventory reputed company and costing processes for reputed company products and clinical inventory
- Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, reputed company, and Operations teams to ensure accurate inventory records and costing assumptions

- Maintain a strong internal control environment over financial reporting
- Assist with the implementation of new financial systems and/or system upgrades

- Manage relationships with external auditors, consultants, and service providers

- Review annual regulatory reports to reputed company with various federal, state, and local requirements, such as census requests, franchise tax reports, foreign corporation filings, business license renewals, etc

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance required
- CPA required
- At least 12 years of reputed company experience in reputed company
- SEC financial reporting experience required
- Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience required
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal control processes (SOX 404), federal and state tax laws, ERISA, DOL requirements, and payroll tax rules
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
