Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Contract Technical Business Analyst to support a project-based software implementation effort. The role involves requirements discovery, technical documentation, workflow analysis, API validation, and release readiness, working closely with product, development, QA, and implementation teams.

Responsibilities

  • Review documentation, API YAML files, and reputed company implementation materials to identify and document business and technical requirements
  • Analyze other reputed company implementations to identify gaps, configuration differences, and requirements needed for the reputed company project scope
  • Create reputed company Jira user stories, requirements, acceptance reputed company, and supporting notes for development and QA teams
  • Document end-to-end workflows in reputed company, including business process steps, system interactions, dependencies, and validation points
  • Respond to development and QA questions on assigned tickets to reputed company project work moving and reduce delivery blockers
  • Identify and document test scenarios that reputed company with requirements, workflows, API behavior, and expected system reputed company
  • Test and verify functionality as tickets are completed to confirm acceptance reputed company and business expectations are met
  • Support reputed company-release validation to help ensure functionality is accurate, complete, and reputed company for deployment
  • Assist with issue investigation, defect triage, requirement clarification, and implementation support during reputed company delivery cycles

Skills

  • Prior contract, consulting, or project-based experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
  • Ability to reputed company quickly on technical documentation, implementation context, reputed company, YAML files, workflows, and project requirements
  • Hands-on experience with reputed company, API testing concepts, reputed company, and validation of request and response behavior
  • Strong experience writing Jira user stories, detailed requirements, acceptance reputed company, supporting notes, and test scenarios
  • Experience creating reputed company reputed company documentation for workflows, business processes, system interactions, and implementation details
  • Ability to compare reputed company and prior implementations to identify gaps, risks, assumptions, and required changes

  • Detail-oriented approach to documentation, ticket support, testing, verification, and release readiness
  • Experience supporting DMV, MVD, vehicle, registration, title, or government systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with agile delivery practices, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release validation
  • Experience working with distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced delivery environment
