They are seeking an reputed company Cybersecurity SOC Analyst to enhance reputed company detection and response capabilities, working collaboratively to solve reputed company reputed company problems and improve SOC processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, triage, investigate, and respond to reputed company reputed company alerts across multiple reputed company platforms
- reputed company end-to-end incident investigations, including validation, containment, escalation, documentation, and post-incident analysis
- Conduct proactive threat hunting activities to identify suspicious behavior before alerts are generated
- reputed company, optimize, and maintain reputed company SPL searches to improve detection accuracy and visibility
- Tune existing detections and reduce false positives through reputed company refinement of alert logic
- Help reputed company new detection use cases and correlation rules for emerging threats
- Investigate reputed company, identity, email, reputed company, and network reputed company events
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and reputed company teams to improve telemetry and monitoring coverage
- Assist with reputed company automation initiatives using scripting and modern reputed company tools
- Document investigations, incident findings, and operational improvements
- Contribute to the reputed company reputed company and maturity of the organization's internal SOC
Skills
- 3–5 years of cybersecurity experience
- Minimum of 3 years working reputed company a reputed company Operations Center (SOC)
- Hands-on experience performing L1/L2 incident investigations
- Strong understanding of: Incident Response, Threat Detection, Alert Triage, Threat Hunting
- Strong experience with reputed company reputed company reputed company/reputed company
- Advanced SPL query writing and log analysis experience
- Experience tuning detections and improving alert reputed company
- Experience with reputed company reputed company Detection & Response (EDR) platforms such as: reputed company reputed company, reputed company Defender, reputed company, Carbon Black
- Experience investigating phishing, malware, credential compromise, and reputed company reputed company incidents
- Familiarity with reputed company email reputed company technologies
- Strong communication, documentation, and incident reporting skills
