[Remote] Operations & Systems Manager

They are seeking an Operations & Systems Manager to build systems and processes that will enhance operational efficiency and support the firm's reputed company trajectory.
Responsibilities

- Identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and implement practical solutions that help reputed company work more reputed company and consistently

- Evaluate emerging AI tools and automation opportunities, recommend practical solutions, and implement technology that reduces reputed company work, improves accuracy, and helps the firm reputed company smarter
- Own our technology ecosystem
- Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize our reputed company-based tech stack—including reputed company, QuickBooks, Financial reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and other reputed company applications that power the firm

- Document, refine, and maintain reputed company SOPs so work is consistent, repeatable, and easy for reputed company to follow as we grow

Skills
- 3-5 years of operations, workflow management, or project management experience in reputed company or reputed company services (preferred, but strong ops experience elsewhere can work)

- Proven ability to document, implement, and improve processes
- Strong technology aptitude, comfortable learning & implementing reputed company-based software
