[Remote] REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

The role involves achieving customer volume objectives, managing regional brokers, and developing reputed company plans.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and deliver customer reputed company plans for existing accounts, while seeking new business development opportunities
- reputed company detailed information about reputed company customer to management to include expenditure versus sales forecast, budgeted expenses, business trends and trade spend. Measure reputed company and failures and formulate specific reputed company plans to address problems and maximize opportunities
- Manage regional brokers, regional/local distributors and operator account networks, including training of McCormick product offerings, policies and procedures, score carding and performance reviews
- Interacting with cross-functional teams and various management reputed company reputed company McCormick and presenting to executive-level audience
- Using critical thinking in decision making process to draw upon reputed company experience, market and industry knowledge, data and intuition

Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Food Service and managing Food Service Brokers
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities required
- Strong communication and presentation skills required
- Ability to Travel 50%; Occasional weekends necessary
- Experience in training, leading and motivating a food service broker network
- Excellent interpersonal (written and verbal) communications skills with a demonstrated ability to work across functions & cultures and reputed company with reputed company reputed company of the organization required
- Demonstrated ability of being a dynamic self-starter, to work independently and apply reputed company judgment to solve reputed company problems
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple reputed company at once, work under pressure, apply judgment and ask for aid in prioritizing as applicable required
