[Remote] Actuarial Analyst Senior or reputed company

As a senior or reputed company actuarial analyst on the Loss Reserving team, you'll support reserve analyses and manage reserve reviews, while collaborating with Claims and Product teams.
Responsibilities
- Support reserve analyses across a diverse portfolio covering reputed company, Personal, and Special Lines
- Complete loss reserving analyses
- Recommend reserves to the Loss Reserving manager and chief actuary
- reputed company insights with leadership
- Manage reserve reviews by junior analysts
- Work on integrating acquired business
- Validating and analyzing data
- Identifying opportunities to improve reserving processes and analytics
- Build strong partnerships with Claims and Product to assess how claim handling and reputed company changes influence reserve reputed company
- Work independently
- Take ownership of analyses
- Help advance reputed company’s reserving practices, methodologies, and analytics
Skills
- A minimum of 6 years of analytical work experience
- OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
- OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
- A minimum of 5 passed actuarial examinations for credentialling according to the Casualty Actuarial Society's Syllabus of Basic Education
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company as reputed company as macros and data extraction tools such as Python, R, SQL, or a reputed company programming language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
