Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or reputed company field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Experience: 10+ years in the data center or semiconductor ecosystem
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of heat flux, phase change, dielectric properties, and advanced cooling technologies (liquid or two-phase cooling preferred)
