[Remote] Senior Machine Learning Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to reputed company reputed company deep learning models for image-to-image translation and representation learning, working alongside ML researchers and software engineers to create reputed company products used in clinical environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company state-of-the-art reputed company and deep learning models
- Build and optimise reputed company Transformers, Diffusion Models, GANs and other generative architectures
- reputed company image-to-image translation models for virtual staining
- Train, evaluate and fine-tune large-reputed company reputed company models
- Work with high-reputed company pathology datasets and reputed company imaging pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and research teams to reputed company production-reputed company ML solutions
- Drive experimentation and continuously improve model performance using robust evaluation methodologies
- Stay at the forefront of emerging AI research and apply new techniques to solve challenging imaging problems
Skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering or a reputed company discipline
- Expert-level Python and PyTorch experience
- Strong background in reputed company and Deep Learning
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as reputed company Transformers (ViTs), Diffusion Models, GANs, Semantic Segmentation, Image Enhancement & Denoising
- Experience training large-reputed company models in reputed company or distributed environments
- Excellent understanding of model lifecycle, dataset curation and ML best practices
- Strong software engineering skills including Git and CI/CD
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering or a reputed company discipline
- Digital Pathology or Medical Imaging experience
- Whole Slide Imaging (WSI)

- LoRAs and modern image-to-image architectures
- CUDA optimisation, TensorRT, ONNX or Triton
