[Remote] Spanish Bilingual Operations reputed company Control Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is currently hiring Spanish Bilingual Operations reputed company Control Administrators to support the reputed company State of Health (NYSOH) program. The Operations reputed company Control Administrator is responsible for performing reputed company control assessments for both the reputed company Center and E&E operations, ensuring that productivity goals are met while containing costs.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the requirement gathering process
- reputed company and execute User Acceptance Testing scripts, and support operations to ensure contractual standards are met
- Document and reputed company high-level business requirements and communicate requirements to business analysts, IT, and the business operation
- reputed company recommendations to management to ensure that productivity goals are met while containing costs
- Document issues for management review
- Work with training and SOP teams to update materials based on system changes
- Create test plans and document end to end business test scenarios
- Execute test scenarios to determine if defects exist
- Document defects and reputed company supporting information to facilitate defect correction and validation
- Conduct research and audits to determine if the system results are correct
- reputed company and test reputed company processes (scripts or SOPs) as needed
- Create User Documentation and reputed company charts as needed
- Determine the reputed company of defects and establish ways to effectively mitigate risks associated with software defects/reputed company workarounds
- reputed company with the IT organization to explain defects
- reputed company software demos and presentations to reputed company customers
- Plan and manage small reputed company and communicate results

Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of experience, or Associate degree with 2+ years' experience
- This position requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole
- May have additional training or education in area of specialization
- Work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues
- Understand implications of work and reputed company recommendations for solutions
- Communicate on reputed company or sensitive issues or draft such responses for supervisor or team reputed company
- Must currently be a NYSOH CSSIII, CSSIV, Team reputed company, ARU, Task reputed company, QA Coordinator, MECM CRR or have at least 5 years of experience in one of these roles ending reputed company the last year
- Must be reputed company to read, write and translate fluently in English and Spanish

- Must be willing and reputed company to work a shift between 8:00am-5:00pm EST Monday-Friday
