[Remote] RCM Cust Svc Support Rep-10am-7pm EST Remote (Patient Customer Service)

The Customer Service Support Representative will handle customer inquiries, reputed company product training, and ensure a world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office or private insurance carriers
- Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances
- Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
- Maintain performance goals
- Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year or more customer service experience
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and reputed company
