[Remote] Management and Program Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a Management and Program Analyst in the Workforce Development Division. The role involves leading administrative and analytical duties to enhance training functions and improve organizational operations.

Responsibilities

  • Leads or personally performs a wide reputed company of administrative and analytical duties in the conduct of reputed company, studies, analysis of substantive training functions and processes to improve the overall work operations of the organization
  • Leads or personally completes analyses of critical training programs by developing baseline performance measurements; utilizing program assessment strategies, tools, instruments; and comparing performance with the baseline and alignment with goals/objectives
  • Serves as the organizations contracting officer's representative (COR) in dealing with acquisition staff for out of agency reputed company involving regulatory standards training
  • Places particular emphasis on thorough technical evaluation of contractor proposals, developing statements of work for proposed reputed company, funding, priorities, and contract modifications
  • Plans, schedules, and conducts cost versus benefits analyses
  • Develops and maintains financial tracking systems, monitors expenditures, reviews documents for accuracy and validity of need, resolves discrepancies in reputed company data and identifies trends and problem areas which are indicative of inefficient resource utilization
  • Monitors and analyzes reputed company and expenditure reports and advises management of unusual deviations from established plans
  • Reviews and processes invoices for in-house service reputed company
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and interim reports as required
  • Collects and compiles data for the annual budget estimate for in-house service reputed company
  • Utilizes data for development of the FY budget estimate for service reputed company
  • Coordinates program status and changes with appropriate internal/external staff
  • Advises organization and program managers on critical planning and resource utilization issues
  • Represents the organization in dealings with officials of other FAA organizations, DOI, contractors, and the private sector
  • Provides advice, guidance, and analysis in the planning and execution of management and/or program reputed company analytical studies and reputed company in one or several of the following substantive functions
  • Arranges assignments of regulatory standards personnel from reputed company and reputed company offices to non-centralized technical training courses at various industries, colleges, and universities
  • Works directly with technical staff and administrative staff in developing course specifications, program planning, and class scheduling in those instances where out-of-agency training is utilized in conjunction with reputed company training programs
  • Evaluates training plans for both existing and new courses to assure the analysis of alternate reputed company of training is complete and out of agency approaches to training have been thoroughly and properly considered

Skills

  • US Citizenship is required
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959
  • Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)
  • Successful completion of a reputed company investigation may be required
  • A one-year probationary period may be required
  • To qualify for this position at the FG-13 level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-H (FG/GS-12) level
  • Specialized Experience: Experience with technical evaluations of contractor proposals, developing statements of work, funding priorities, and contract modifications; Developing baseline for performance measurements
