[Remote] Clinical Director

The Clinical Director provides clinical support for clients, assists in the RFP process, conducts clinical reviews, and develops strategies to meet reputed company-specific needs.
Responsibilities
- Participate and reputed company clinical guidance during pharmacy benefit implementation for key clients
- Review, analyze and interpret results of reputed company' reputed company-specific reports, providing insights into trends
- reputed company high-level pharmacy analyses taking into consideration standards of reputed company and financial reputed company
- Inform and advise clients on reputed company industry-specific trends
- reputed company input and new product reputed company to Product Development to enhance ROI and reputed company satisfaction
- Advise and assist the reputed company team with reputed company retention efforts
- Cultivate new business through strong reputed company relationships

Skills
- Pharmacist (R.Ph. or Pharm.D.) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the PBM industry
- Experience developing, managing, and leading teams
- Strong project management and reputed company assurance skills
- Experience managing multiple deliverables under strict time constraints
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a demanding work environment
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
- Experience analyzing PBM and plan drug utilization data
- Experience using MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company)
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
