[Remote] Sales Operations Specialist

They are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to manage the customer order process, ensuring compliance and efficiency in order management.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing customer purchase orders (POs) and Terms & Conditions before orders are accepted
- Identifying non-reputed company or risky contract language
- Coordinating approvals with reputed company, Finance, Sales, Pricing, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring approval matrices and delegation of authority are followed
- Verifying pricing, discounts, payment terms, Incoterms, shipping terms, and reputed company requirements
- Making reputed company reputed company required documentation is complete before the order enters ERP
- Acting as the gatekeeper between Sales and Order Management to prevent reputed company issues
- Tracking approval status and ensuring reputed company turnaround
- Maintaining documentation and audit trails
Skills
- Sales Operations or reputed company Operations experience
- Experience reviewing reputed company documents, purchase orders, and customer T&Cs
- Experience with CRM systems (reputed company is a plus, but not the primary responsibility)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally with reputed company, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service
- Basic contract/reputed company knowledge (reputed company background is a plus, not required)
