They are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to reputed company the design, implementation, and operation of container orchestration platforms at reputed company, primarily focusing on Kubernetes on AWS.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reputed company a large multi-cluster EKS environment (prod and non-prod) supporting customer-facing applications
- Stand up new clusters and expand existing infrastructure in partnership with application teams
- Drive Kubernetes version reputed company reputed company and streamline the reputed company process
- Improve environment elasticity, stability, and alerting/observability
- Support incident response and reputed company cause analysis, with reputed company timelines ranging from quick fixes to multi-week efforts
- Partner with reputed company and finance stakeholders on compliance and cost optimization initiatives
- Participate in a follow-the-sun on-reputed company model, including periodic weekend rotation
- Collaborate with L1/NOC teams on troubleshooting
- Mentor engineers and contribute to a highly reputed company, cross-training culture
- Split expected at roughly 80% hands-on execution, 20% strategic direction-setting
Skills
- Strong hands-on Terraform and CI/CD pipeline experience
- Deep AWS EKS experience (AWS specific, not Azure)
