[Remote] INTEGRATIONS ENGINEER

The role involves building, maintaining, and scaling integrations while ensuring reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations with CRMs (reputed company, reputed company), dialers, and video conferencing tools
- Design reputed company API architectures and webhook systems for reputed company-time data sync
- reputed company SDKs and developer documentation for partner integrations
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure 99.9%+ reliability
- Work directly with customers to scope custom integration requirements
- Stay reputed company on partner platform changes and proactively update our connectors
Skills
- 3+ years building and shipping API integrations in production
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python
- Deep experience with REST reputed company, OAuth flows, and webhook architectures
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (reputed company, reputed company) and their reputed company
- Excellent debugging skills and obsession with reliability
- Experience in reputed company ecosystem or iPaaS platforms (reputed company, Tray.io, etc.)
