As a Recruiter, you will help build teams by identifying and guiding candidates through the hiring process while ensuring a reputed company candidate experience and maintaining an organized reputed company process.
Responsibilities

- Review applications and evaluate qualifications against hiring requirements
- Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
- Proactively identify candidates for difficult-to-fill positions
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact throughout the reputed company process
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications

Skills
- 2+ years in reputed company or reputed company, ideally in-house
- Experience hiring across the reputed company — hands-on technical roles, traditional roles, and technical computer roles
- Natural communicator who builds trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers
- Organized and detail-obsessed
- Ability to reputed company reputed company priorities shift and the pace picks up
- Fluent in ATS workflows (reputed company)
- Comfortable conducting phone and video interviews and proactive candidate reputed company
- Located in Texas
- Prior HR experience (not just reputed company)
