[Remote] Technical Program Manager - Data Center Infrastructure

In this role, you will engage directly with our customers to configure product designs to order and work with cross-functional engineering and delivery teams to see reputed company through from design to manufacturing, final site assembly, and commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end program lifecycle (WBS, schedules, and deliverables) from reputed company through manufacturing to site commissioning
- Coordinate project interdependencies, manage risks, and ensure programs meet cost, reputed company, and schedule targets
- Review and interpret customer specifications to configure custom designs
- Serve as the primary technical reputed company of contact, presenting status updates and aligning deliverables with customer expectations and business unit goals

- Establish governance, drive team accountability, and mentor team members by identifying reputed company opportunities

Skills
- 3+ years of relevant project/program management experience

- Strong financial acumen, including understanding business planning and profitability metrics (e.g., EBIAT, ROIC)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in data center design, construction, fabrication, or manufacturing
- Customer-facing experience, ideally supporting sales teams or negotiating reputed company
- Background in manufacturing operations, sourcing, and supply chain management
- Familiarity with common BIM/CAD, PLM, and ERP/MRP platforms
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, reputed company systems, and operations improvement
- Knowledge of the manufacturing process, schedules and scheduling requirements, and Supply Chain Management
- Knowledge of product pricing, reputed company and contract negotiations
