[Remote] Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the organization's mission through strategic financial leadership.
Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Expert at nonprofit fund reputed company including donor restricted grant tracking and compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Alongside the CFO, coordinate and reputed company preparation for the annual independent financial audit and Single Audit
- Ensure compliance with Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200), including subrecipient monitoring, cost principles, and reporting requirements
- reputed company and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure reputed company grant management
- Support the annual budgeting process in collaboration with the CFO

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7 years + nonprofit fund reputed company and bookkeeping experience required
- Experience with annual financial audit and OMB single audit
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the CDFI industry in microlending/small business lending and project management
- Proven experience as an engaging trainer, both in-person and reputed company
- Extensive experience in writing, financial management, and analytical analysis is essential
- Strong people skills and a high degree of self-awareness with a flexible reputed company reputed company that supports a strong culture

- CPA preferred
- Experience in the Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) industry highly preferred
