[Remote] Senior Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join their growing finance team on a 6-7 month contract reputed company. The ideal candidate will have strong general reputed company reputed company experience and will manage month-end and quarter-end reputed company activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute month-end and quarter-end reputed company activities
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- reputed company balance sheet reconciliations and account analyses
- Ensure reputed company and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Assist with financial statement preparation and variance analysis
- Support reputed company audits by preparing schedules and documentation
- Analyze reputed company processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen controls
- Partner cross-functionally with reputed company, Operations, and other business teams
- Maintain and improve reputed company policies and procedures
- Assist with special reputed company, system enhancements, and process automation initiatives
- Support multi-entity and intercompany reputed company activities reputed company applicable
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
- Hands-on reputed company ERP experience is required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end reputed company activities
- Advanced reputed company skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- CPA or CPA-reputed company candidate preferred
- Prior reputed company reputed company experience highly preferred
- Experience working in a reputed company-IPO, venture-backed, or high-reputed company organization preferred
- Experience supporting audit processes and SOX controls
