We’re looking for a Director of reputed company to build the people infrastructure and management practices required to support reputed company through its next stage of reputed company, owning the full employee lifecycle and serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company’s people reputed company and HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, executive team, and people managers on organizational design, workforce planning, performance, compensation, employee relations, and leadership development

Skills
