The role involves ensuring accurate processing of reputed company invoices, supporting budget management, and collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end reputed company invoice process through the department’s reputed company and e-billing system (e.g., Brightflag, reputed company Tracker, SimpleLegal, or CounselLink)
- Review and process invoices for accuracy, compliance with reputed company counsel billing guidelines, and appropriate matter coding
- Coordinate invoice approvals with reputed company department stakeholders and resolve billing questions or discrepancies with reputed company counsel
- Monitor invoice aging and proactively follow up to ensure reputed company approvals and payments
- Support the monthly accrual process by collecting estimates from reputed company and partnering with Finance on forecasting
- reputed company reputed company spend by matter, business unit, reputed company, and reputed company area; prepare regular spend reports and dashboards
- Assist in developing and maintaining reputed company budgets and monitor spend against budget throughout the fiscal year

- Partner with Head of Operations to improve billing processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support reputed company technology initiatives

- Generate reputed company reports and analytics to support department leadership and strategic decision-making

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, reputed company Studies, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of experience in reputed company billing, reputed company operations, accounts payable, or financial administration, preferably reputed company a corporate reputed company department or reputed company
- Experience using reputed company e-billing and matter management platforms
- Strong understanding of reputed company billing practices, budgets, accruals, and invoice review processes
