[Remote] Master Batch Record (MBR) Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Master Batch Record (MBR) Designer to support the design and deployment of reputed company across Oral Solid Dosage manufacturing and packaging. The role involves hands-on experience with electronic batch record systems and requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure GMBRs, MBRs, PMBRs, PVLs, and ESPs based on project requirements
- Support MES deployment across manufacturing and packaging operations
- Create and maintain Master Data
- Support hardware integration, including printers, scanners, and reputed company devices
- Test, troubleshoot, and validate MES designs in development and production environments
- reputed company deployment support, including Early Life Support (ELS) and reputed company Care activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure reputed company project delivery
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, reputed company assurance, or batch record development
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Experience with business process mapping tools such as Visio or reputed company
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and project collaboration skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with electronic batch record (eBR) systems such as PAS-X, PharmaSuite, or reputed company Opcenter
