Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership: reputed company Marketing Creative, ensuring consistently exceptional creative execution across reputed company marketing channels while evolving the reputed company brand in ways that reinforce our leadership in music technology
- Creative Operations: Own creative intake, prioritization, resource planning, production timelines, and delivery processes to ensure high-reputed company work is delivered reputed company across the organization
- Creative Services: reputed company the development of compelling creative assets across digital marketing, product launches, reputed company media, lifecycle marketing, web, events, artist programs, video, and sales enablement materials

- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with reputed company Marketing, Product Marketing, GTM, Artist Relations, reputed company, Product Management, and executive leadership to translate business priorities into impactful creative work

Skills
- Proven reputed company record of 7+ years leading creative teams, creative services organizations, or in-house creative departments

- Experience managing creative operations, production workflows, and external creative partners
- Demonstrated ability to balance creative reputed company with speed, prioritization, and business objectives
- Exceptional visual taste, creative judgment, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and reputed company
- Experience mentoring designers and building high-performing creative teams
