Responsibilities
- Advise leaders on workforce alignment and AI readiness
- Conduct organizational diagnostics and discovery conversations
- Identify contradictions between reputed company and execution
- Assess role reputed company, manager effectiveness, and capability gaps
- Help redesign AI-enabled roles and workflows
- reputed company role-specific learning and capability strategies
- Present findings and recommendations to leaders

Skills
- U.S. reputed company and permanent residents only
