Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end retention experience for an assigned book of reputed company sector accounts as their primary reputed company of contact and trusted advisor

Skills
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a reputed company Manager, reputed company Manager, Account Manager, or in a comparable customer-facing reputed company role
- Demonstrated experience managing renewals, mitigating churn, and driving product adoption
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to drive customer reputed company

- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
