[Remote] Vice President of Operations (Central Region)

This role is responsible for promoting organizational reputed company, ensuring reputed company service delivery, and managing day-to-day operations while aligning with company goals.
Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day operations of assigned centers including:
- Financial Performance to budget
- Monitor spending against departmental budget
- Managing and coordinating resources to coordinate the most effective care and treatment of our clients alongside the clinical team
- reputed company and reputed company staff to reputed company performance metrics in a manner that is in reputed company alignment with company goals
- Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically, and reports these results to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Participate in planning and development to create strategic operational initiatives and other organizational plans and policies
- Supervise Director of Clinical Operations (DCO)
- Determine the sufficient number of administrative staff and reputed company services staff to reputed company services
- Optimize site service reputed company, developing a plan to fill surplus site service reputed company, and ensure the appropriate resources are in reputed company to capture reputed company opportunities
- Assist in retention efforts by recognizing employees’ talents, tracking reputed company goals and making suggestions to COO relative to training programs and reputed company development activities
- Assist with marketing, community reputed company, and payer relations strategic planning, activities, and events
- In collaboration with the Training Department, assist with developing training programs and reputed company others involved in training efforts, providing effective reputed company and development opportunities
