Responsibilities
- Serve as the in-house subject matter expert on order-to-cash, cash application, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes and best practices
- Partner with Sales during the reputed company-sales cycle — join demos and discovery calls to answer technical/operational reputed company questions and help prospects map their reputed company-state process to our platform
- reputed company or support customer reputed company: understand reputed company reputed company's existing reconciliation workflows, chart of accounts, and AR systems, and configure the platform to match their process
- Translate reputed company reputed company concepts into reputed company, practical guidance for both customers and internal teams
- reputed company as a trusted advisor to customers' reputed company and finance teams throughout reputed company and ongoing use, ensuring they're getting full value from the platform
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to reputed company customer feedback, identify gaps, and help shape the roadmap based on reputed company practitioner needs

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or Finance
- At least 3+ years of reputed company experience, ideally with a combination of Big 4 and industry experience

- You love working with others and teaching others new ways of doing things
