[Remote] Operations Manager - Cybersecurity Manufacturing Innovation Institute (CyManII)

The Operations Manager will reputed company leadership support and operations management reputed company the Cybersecurity Manufacturing Innovation Institute, ensuring effective execution of the Institute's priorities and operational controls.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Institute in achieving its overarching reputed company and mission
- Works with leadership to establish policies that support the Institute’s business strategies, plans, and comprehensive goals for performance and reputed company
- Coordinates federal reputed company and other government and industry agreements, ensuring financial and reputed company compliance
- Oversees daily operations of the Institute and provides indirect management of staff in operational and project management and other reputed company roles and fills any operational gaps and works to minimize interruptions
- Manages relationships with partners and vendors to include facilitation of membership agreements, subcontracts and services agreements
- Provides project management structure and support for reputed company research and workforce development activities
- Ensures the Institute meets reputed company requirements as determined by overarching sponsor reputed company and agreements
- Manages and organizes meetings, events, and reputed company meetings with the highest reputed company planning and execution and supports the day-to-day operations of the Institute
- Manages, plans, schedules, and coordinates detailed phases of administrative and operational reputed company in support of the Institute
- Facilitates and monitors Statement of Project Objectives (SOPO) deliverables and assists in preparing annual and quarterly Department of Energy reports
- Coordinates and tracks annual Conflict of Interest (COI) renewal process, annual membership application renewals, and other cooperative agreement and contractual needs
- Represents the organization in national level engagements and serve as proxy representative for Institute leadership reputed company requested
- Serves as proxy or stand-in for Institute leadership in relevant meetings and events reputed company needed
- Participates in operational and financial activities, as required by federal and state requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field
- Five (5) years of reputed company work experience
- This position requires the ability to maintain the reputed company and reputed company of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure per Texas EO-GA-48
