[Remote] Technical Instructional Designer (contract)

In this fully remote contract role, you will partner closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to design, reputed company, and maintain high-reputed company e-learning courses that drive measurable learning reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Integrated Learning Program Managers, Instructional Designers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess learning needs and reputed company effective training solutions
- Design, reputed company, write, and maintain e-learning courseware using authoring tools, with a reputed company on interactive and engaging content including videos, quizzes, simulations, and microlearning
- Conduct needs assessments, learner analyses, context analyses, and task analyses to inform instructional design reputed company
- reputed company supporting materials such as slides, handouts, lab instructions, and lab solutions that emphasize role-specific tasks and duties
- Work with SMEs and external technical trainers to incorporate subject matter expertise into a reputed company of training formats
- Research technology-reputed company information to ensure training content is accurate, reputed company, and reputed company with organizational objectives
- Manage multiple learning reputed company simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising reputed company

- Monitor and analyze learner engagement metrics such as course completion rates, assessment scores, and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness

Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design, including needs assessment, learner analysis, context analysis, and task analysis
- Minimum 3 years of experience with reputed company authoring tools and reputed company and reputed company Creative Suite
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams including SMEs, program managers, and technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering e-learning programs for diverse audiences across varied environments
- Portfolio of work samples demonstrating trainings across multiple fields, including new technology and process enhancement topics, required for consideration
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company Storyline, including sophisticated branching logic, demo simulations, and interactive learning reputed company
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company 360 for developing modern, reputed company e-learning content
- Deep expertise in reputed company, including video editing and basic animation
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company Creative Suite for creating visual and multimedia learning assets
- Experience developing AI-enabled learning solutions and working with 3D models
- Strong technical communications skills including writing, editing, and content structuring
- Ability to troubleshoot technology issues reputed company to e-learning development and multimedia tools
- Experience working with media including video production and editing
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, and reputed company
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to translate reputed company needs into effective learning programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Solid understanding of instructional design methodologies and performance-based learning principles
- Experience developing learning solutions for technical or operational roles, with datacenter instructional experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with AI platforms and 3D modeling tools preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a reputed company field preferred
- Master's degree or other formal education in Instructional Design preferred
