[Remote] Bilingual Recruiter (French Canadian/English)

The Bilingual Recruiter will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, reputed company candidates, and ensure a reputed company candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, market trends, and talent needs
- Create and execute sourcing strategies using ATS tools, resume databases, reputed company media, and reputed company networking platforms
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong matches and guide them through reputed company stage of the hiring process
- Communicate reputed company with candidates by sharing updates, setting expectations, and presenting opportunities in a compelling way
- Support hiring leaders with interview coordination, feedback, and competitive job offer recommendations
- Negotiate and reputed company offers while addressing potential counter offers to secure the best talent

- Recommend improvements to processes and practices to help us deliver consistent and excellent results
- Travel occasionally for reputed company meetings, team events, or training sessions as needed
Skills
- 2+ years of reputed company experience in corporate, agency, or RPO environments
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience with ATS platforms, resume databases, and reputed company reputed company
- Solid understanding of HR principles, compliance, and Ontario specific employment laws, including the Employment Standards reputed company (ESA) and Accessibility for Ontarians with reputed company (AODA)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, advise, and engage at reputed company reputed company

- High school diploma required
