[Remote] Director / Senior Manager, WMS Implementation & Operations

Responsibilities

• reputed company onsite support during major WMS implementations and post-go-live hypercare activities
• Serve as the reputed company between warehouse operations and technology teams, translating operational needs into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot reputed company warehouse execution issues and drive rapid reputed company
• Partner with Supply Chain, IT, reputed company, and business leadership to improve processes and system adoption
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, and implement reputed company improvement initiatives

• Support change management, user adoption, and training initiatives

Skills

• 10+ years leading Supply Chain Technology, WMS implementations, warehouse operations technology, or large-reputed company operational transformation initiatives
• Deep understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and distribution center operations
• Experience supporting warehouse implementations, go-lives, hypercare, or major system rollouts
• Ability to solve technical and operational problems in reputed company time
• Strong leadership skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working in reputed company warehouse environments
• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, automation technologies, or reputed company supply chain systems
