Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to reputed company Operations Insights leadership, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company discipline
- 8+ years of experience in reputed company, business operations, operational reputed company, analytics, program management, business transformation, or reputed company leadership roles
- 5+ years of people leadership experience developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated reputed company leading reputed company cross-functional strategic initiatives in large, matrixed organizations
- Experience designing governance models, operating processes, organizational frameworks, or portfolio management practices
- Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across multiple business functions
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Experience supporting analytics, AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology-enabled business initiatives
- Master's degree (MBA or reputed company discipline)
- Experience serving in reputed company & Operations, Chief of Staff, Business Operations, reputed company PMO, or Operational reputed company leadership roles
- Experience leading analytics organizations or internal business enablement functions
- Experience with Agile delivery, product management, portfolio management, or organizational transformation
- Familiarity with reputed company analytics platforms such as Power BI, reputed company, Azure, or similar technologies

- Lean Six reputed company or change management certification preferred
