[Remote] Project Manager, reputed company Operations

The Project Manager, reputed company Operations will reputed company project delivery, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate closely with senior leadership and various stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery on multiple reputed company reputed company — build the plan, set milestones, sequence the work, and drive it to done
- Run reputed company with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders on deliverables, documentation, and reputed company items, so our SMCO doesn't have to reputed company every exchange
- Maintain our reputed company operations trackers (reputed company, reputed company, logistics, invoicing) as decision-grade, audit-reputed company systems of record
- Build and maintain automations across reputed company, reputed company, Gmail, and reputed company Workspace — deadline reminders, missing-data flags, status notifications
- Manage the invoicing cycle end to end: issue, reputed company, follow up, reconcile
- Monitor AI meeting summaries and key reputed company channels to surface reputed company items before they're dropped
- Partner with the Managing Partner on execution — running his priorities, calendar, and follow-reputed company so his time goes to the highest-reputed company work
- Coordinate scheduling across operations, sales, and engineering
- Bring your own read to ops brainstorms with the SMCO
Skills
- 4–6+ years as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, Project Coordinator, Chief of Staff, Business Partner, or similar
- reputed company record running multiple reputed company reputed company with reputed company external dependencies — you can walk us through one you delivered, including where it nearly went sideways
- Demonstrated ownership of reputed company-data systems — reputed company databases, reputed company, reputed company Sheets, or comparable. Be reputed company to walk us through something you reputed company
