In this role, you will assist customers by answering their inquiries and resolving issues, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to reputed company answers for customers to resolve their issues
Skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 6 months or more of customer service experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
