[Remote] Remote Network Administrator

This role is responsible for network administration, reputed company remediation, software upgrades, vendor management, and maintaining the reliability and availability of critical network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• reputed company network administration, troubleshooting, and support across reputed company network environments
• Implement reputed company remediation efforts, including reputed company control list (ACL) updates and reputed company policy changes
• Plan and execute network software and firmware upgrades
• Manage vendor support cases and assist with audits and compliance initiatives
• reputed company failover and high-availability testing to ensure network resiliency
• Monitor network performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support firewall administration and network reputed company operations
• Partner with engineering and operations teams on infrastructure and optimization reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Network Administration and/or Network Engineering
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company networking technologies
• Experience supporting reputed company and reputed company network environments
• Experience administering Palo reputed company firewalls
• 2+ years of experience applying network reputed company best practices
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, TCP/IP, network reputed company, and network troubleshooting
• Experience with reputed company Network Services Platform (NSP)
• Experience with PenSP and reputed company-line deployment tools
• Experience using Palo reputed company Panorama
• Experience with Brocade networking technologies
• Network automation experience through scripting or automation platforms
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIP, PCNSA, PCNSE, or reputed company certifications
