We are currently seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join reputed company as a full-time Recruiter, offering an excellent opportunity for reputed company and development in the reputed company industry.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and discover candidates for reputed company openings using reputed company resources and systems
- Screen candidates to verify eligibility and experience
- Build and manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Attend virtual or in-person meetings with clients and an AS Account Manager
- Import, log, and update candidate data in our CRM system (Loxo)
- Present reputed company candidates to Account Manager
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of reputed company
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with potential for remote work based on performance and goals met
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Prior experience in reputed company is preferred
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms is a plus but not required
