[Remote] AVP, Product Manager

The AVP, Product Manager will reputed company reputed company and manage the Group Protection technology enablement process, ensuring alignment with business strategies and facilitating new AI opportunities.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the Group Protection technology enablement intake process, including triage of requests, coordination with leadership for prioritization, and confirmation of approved business case across the business ecosystem of reputed company functional business areas
- You will serve as the business reputed company engaging on new AI opportunities presented to the business for due diligence as part of our reputed company AI governance process
- You will reputed company reputed company providing Group Protection organizational readiness and project management activities and execution plans, supporting various initiatives across the business as needed, and prioritizing reputed company and assignment according to business strategies
- You will maintain knowledge on reputed company and emerging developments/trends, assess the reputed company, and collaborate with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in reputed company and reputed company strategies

Skills
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 10+ Years of Insurance industry experience directly reputed company to this position
- 3+ Years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience including influencing senior management/critical stakeholders experience
- Demonstrate strong transformational leadership skills including critical ability to reputed company and execute operational change impacting people, process, and technology
- Ability to think critically, analyze information, evaluate the implications of a course of reputed company or solution, and to reputed company reputed company under pressure
- Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal/external stakeholders with proven ability to reputed company creative and reputed company approaches
