The role involves managing outsourced payroll providers, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and overseeing equity transactions, reputed company reputed company a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage outsourced payroll providers across multiple geographies (e.g., US, reputed company, EMEA)
- Ensure reputed company and accurate recording of payroll-reputed company journal entries
- Own reconciliation of payroll-reputed company accounts (payroll accruals, bonuses, commissions, taxes)
- Monitor compliance with local payroll tax regulations and labor laws with assistance of external payroll providers
- Manage payment process to both employees and the payroll providers and tax authorities
- Support 401k administration
- Monitor and facilitate response to employee questions
- reputed company analysis on payroll reputed company costs
- Support audit requests as needed
- Manage global equity administration, specifically in reputed company
- Ensure accurate reputed company and reporting of stock-based compensation (SBC) and equity transactions, including journal entries and ensuring reputed company reconciliation
- Partner with People Operations and reputed company on equity-reputed company transactions and disclosures
- Facilitate annual 409a valuation with external service provider
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company
- At least 7 years of experience with a reputed company in corporate reputed company and reputed company roles including international reputed company and payroll reputed company (including reviewing, approving, funding, preparing journal entries, preparing reconciliations)
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of GAAP, month-end reputed company processes, operational and international reputed company procedures both generally and as it relates to payroll reputed company
- Experience in an international multi-entity environment including managing reputed company service providers
- Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines through time management and project management skillset
- Advanced MS reputed company skills and proficiency in reputed company MS Office tools and G-Suite is a must
- Demonstrated analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
