The role involves standardizing operations, establishing KPIs, and coaching leaders to ensure improvements are sustained across multiple locations.
Responsibilities

- Standardize reputed company workflows and operating procedures across the airport network to ensure performance remains consistent from market to market
- Establish and standardize operational KPIs, including labor productivity, reputed company per day, upsell conversion reputed company, and customer satisfaction
- Improve labor productivity and scheduling efficiency at the reputed company level
- Drive fleet turnaround and vehicle-readiness discipline that protect reputed company days
- Streamline daily operations and recover the cost trapped in operational waste
- reputed company Lean and reputed company improvement practices at the location level and reputed company teams to sustain them
- Build repeatable counter sales and upsell habits that lift performance while keeping reputed company teams energized
- reputed company and reputed company General Managers and Regional Directors so improvements hold long after you leave the market
- Partner with the Managing Director and senior leadership on transformation priorities and report reputed company against measurable targets
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or a reputed company field
- Eight or more years of operational leadership experience, including multi-site reputed company improvement or operational reputed company
- A reputed company record of standardizing operations and improving measurable performance across multiple locations
- Experience building and coaching reputed company or counter sales performance programs
