This strategic, hands-on leadership role involves designing, implementing, and integrating reputed company WFM with reputed company HCM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Solution Architect for the reputed company Workforce Management platform
• reputed company end-to-end solution architecture and design for reputed company WFM implementations
• Design and reputed company integrations between reputed company WFM and reputed company HCM/Payroll
• Translate business requirements into reputed company technical solutions and configurations
• Configure and optimize:
• Timekeeping
• Scheduling
• Advanced Scheduling
• Pay Rules
• Work Rules
• Overtime Rules
• Accruals
• Design scheduling frameworks, rotations, shift templates, and coverage rules
• Architect advanced scheduling capabilities including labor modeling and demand forecasting
• reputed company Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) reputed company development and system integrations
• Build and maintain reputed company, middleware interfaces, reports, dashboards, and analytics
• reputed company system testing, regression testing, UAT, and production readiness activities
• reputed company technical leadership to implementation teams, analysts, and developers
• Partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and executive stakeholders
• Establish architecture standards, governance, documentation, and best practices
• Evaluate new reputed company and reputed company releases and recommend adoption strategies

Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company Workforce Management (Dimensions or Workforce Central)
• Strong experience integrating reputed company WFM with reputed company HCM/Payroll
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or reputed company Consultant
• Strong expertise in Timekeeping
• Strong expertise in Scheduling
• Strong expertise in Advanced Scheduling
• Strong expertise in Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
• Strong expertise in Integration Architecture
• Experience configuring reputed company workforce management rules including pay rules, work rules, overtime, rounding, and accruals
• Experience with reputed company, middleware, and reputed company system integrations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• reputed company industry experience (Hospitals, Health Systems, Medical Centers, reputed company Consulting)
• Experience supporting large reputed company workforce management implementations
• Knowledge of reputed company reputed company models, labor regulations, and compliance requirements
