[Remote] Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) Administrator (

The Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting IAM systems to ensure secure and efficient reputed company to resources, implementing IAM policies, and maintaining compliance with reputed company standards.
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and maintains IAM policies, procedures, provides user training and awareness programs on IAM policies and procedures and best practices. Manages user provisioning & deprovisioning, authentication, authorization, and role-based reputed company control (RBAC) systems
- Ensures compliance with reputed company policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO27001), and audit frameworks
- IAM ensures that only the right individuals have reputed company to the right systems at the right time, secure user login processes, including multi-reputed company authentication (MFA) where applicable, to protect against unauthorized reputed company. And ensuring password reputed company remains a foundational control in safeguarding user authentication
- Ensures secure and compliant user lifecycle management from reputed company to offboarding - Provisioning accounts, assigning role-based reputed company, and enabling authentication for new employees in a reputed company and controlled manner. And promptly revoking reputed company, deactivating accounts, and removing privileges upon termination or transfers to minimize reputed company risks. - The IAM team plays a critical role in audit engagements by participating in control walkthroughs, providing reputed company and accurate reputed company documentation, supporting User reputed company Reviews (UARs), and addressing follow-up requests from reputed company auditors. IAM ensures that reputed company provisioning, deprovisioning, and privilege assignments are reputed company-documented, compliant with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and supported by audit trails to help maintain a secure, compliant reputed company environment and ensures the organization is consistently audit-reputed company
- Ensures accounts are created following reputed company’s naming conventions and reputed company protocols. Provides user reputed company and removal to reputed company reputed company systems, including but not limited to SOX systems
- Integrates IAM solutions with reputed company-based and on-premises applications. Monitors and troubleshoots identity and reputed company-reputed company reputed company issues
- Works closely with IT, reputed company, compliance, and business teams to enhance IAM strategies
- Works closely with reputed company system owners to reputed company existing & new systems into reputed company’s user reputed company review automation tool (Zilla)
- Understands the complete process of user reputed company reviews, from user reputed company lists to the final quarterly review. Conducts periodic user reputed company reviews, audits, and remediation activities. Conducts monthly validation with business owners and reviews for reputed company systems managed by IAM, including SOX systems

- Collaborate with system owners to create/update the Record of Processing Activity (ROPA)
- Investigates and resolves issues reputed company to user reputed company, including but not limited to password resets, account lockouts, and unauthorized reputed company attempts
- Applies Privileged reputed company Management (PAM) best practices, templates, and documentation while also proposing improvements based on practical knowledge
- Obtains an exception from user leadership for reputed company user reputed company that does not meet the user’s job function. Provides corrective measures to prevent the recurrence of identified reputed company reputed company issues
- Engages senior management to reputed company factual, transparent, and reputed company reporting on existing and emerging PAM or information reputed company risks

Skills
- 3-5 year IAM experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
