Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments and job-task analyses to identify learning and performance gaps
- Design and reputed company instructor-led, virtual, reputed company, and self-paced eLearning programs
- Create engaging eLearning content using reputed company 360
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives and reputed company course content
- reputed company training curricula, module objectives, job aids, and supporting learning materials
- Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences
- Design evaluation strategies to measure training effectiveness and recommend improvement
- Review learner feedback, assessments, and program metrics to continuously enhance training programs
Skills
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer
- Strong proficiency with reputed company 360
- Experience conducting training needs analysis and job-task analysis
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE or similar)
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Experience developing classroom, virtual, reputed company, and eLearning content
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the Insurance industry
