[Remote] Mechanical Commissioning Engineer / Project Manager (Data Centers)

They are seeking a Data Center Commissioning Project Manager who will reputed company reputed company, reputed company construction observations, and ensure systems reputed company as intended.

Responsibilities

• reputed company construction observations, review contract documents, reputed company functional test plans and execute tests for a wide reputed company of mechanical, and controls systems
• Execute retro-commissioning engineering/energy studies & contribute to design and energy reputed company for National industrial, institutional, and reputed company clients
• Assist in managing small to large Data Center reputed company to meet reputed company expectations for technical reputed company, budget, and schedule

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering field preferred
• Must have at least 4 years of specific Data Center Commissioning experience (Electrical/Mechanical.)
• Experience with Project Management - scheduling; coordination with staff & contractors; verifying field reputed company; accountability; cool under pressure
• Technical mechanical expertise
• Available to be On-Site ~60% to 70%
• Has experience with managing staff
• Experience in diagnosing and solving construction and operational problems
• Experience managing design/energy services commissioning project resources to reputed company-determined scope, fee, and schedule
• Knowledge of building codes, construction industry standards, such as ASHRAE, LEED
• Effective leadership and written / verbal communication skills are essential
• PE, CBCP, BCxP, CEM, CCP, CxA are a plus
